Returns and Refunds

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. In such cases, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy on all non-custom items (custom items not elgiable for return or refund). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging. 

Shipping

We offer fast and reliable shipping to ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner. Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of the package. You can choose from various shipping options during the checkout process. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

At IFM Printing, we take your privacy and security seriously. We use industry-standard encryption technology to protect your personal information during transmission. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. Your personal information is only used for order processing and will never be shared with third parties without your consent.
